Returns and Exchanges
· Please call email [email protected] for instructions on how to return items.
· If you have your original receipt, please have it in front of you.
· After we have verified the sale, we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
· Return Credit will be received as follows:

Boating Equipment Store will not pay for return shipping charges.
· We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.
· Include all original accessories, warranty card, and (if available) the original box.
· Pack the merchandise securely to prevent damage.
· For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns of the following items:
· Carry-on Air Conditioners
· Clearance Items
· Computer Software and Electronic Charts
· Items Registered to the User i.e. EPIRBS, PLBs, SPOT
· Life Rafts
· Inflatable Boats
· Outboard Engines
· Items with Expiration Dates (e.g. flares, charts, annual publications)
· Swimwear
· Items Which Have Been Damaged due to Improper Installation
Our Boats and Outboard manufacturers request that you deal directly with them first as they can often solve the problem quickly and easily over the phone. If you believe an item is defective, please call the manufacturer's phone number listed in the item's packaging materials.
Restocking Fees: The following items are subject to a 20% restocking fee:
· Cut lengths (e.g. rope, wire, chain, cable, webbing, fabric, etc.).
· Special Orders
· Batteries will be prorated per the specific manufacturer's policy
